The Cue
It's 6am and the sky is doing the thing it does between dark and dawn. I'm on the porch, blanket around me, breathing the count. For thirty seconds nothing in my head moves. Then the dog shifts inside and I'm back.
That gap is what I built this brand around.
You've had the moment. The walk where the light catches everything sideways and your brain stops narrating for a stretch. The drive where the song lines up with the road and you forget what city you live in. Forty seconds, maybe a minute. Then the phone, or the next thought, and you're gone.
The moments arrive. The return is the work.
I've spent the last couple of years trying to come back to it more often. Breathwork before anyone else is up. Stretches of silence. A notebook nobody sees. Walks without the phone. The kind of work you can't post.
What I figured out: I want a cue. Something on my body that pulls me back when the day drags me out. The chest is honest territory. The chest is where the breath happens.
So I made apparel.
Heavyweight basics. A small wordmark on the chest that reads live current. Worn small. Quiet enough that nobody else has to notice. The reminder is for the wearer.
The brand is built on a single idea: the most useful thing on your body is the reminder of who you're trying to become.
Drop 01 is live. A tee in black. A crewneck in forest. More as the year unfolds.
If you've ever had the forty-second moment and wanted to find your way back to it, the pieces are built for you. Without theater. Without announcement.
The cue is the point.
